Work it out!

We all know that feeling: our body is a little bit neglected the past few weeks during the holidays and the winter days… What to do?

All those stories in the magazines about eating one carrot a day is not seriously how you can get your body into balance again. Try not to see it that much as a diet: more like a way of living:

  • Eat healthy, which means: wholemeal products, vegetables, chicken, fish, fruits and nuts.
  • Drink a lot of water (At least 5 big glasses a day) and make some fresh juices for yourself. Also fun to do: get some fruits, and some low fat yoghurt, mix them up with the mixing machine from the kitchen and enjoy!
  • Get enough exercise: work hard during gym class, take the stairs instead of the elevator, offer helping your mum going to the supermarket.
  • Sign up for dance classes with your girlfriends! It‚Äôs a good workout and also comes in handy when you go out the weekends after… :)

But the most important thing is not just to stop eating: your body needs it’s minerals and vitamins, to stop giving it to him is only doing a lot of harm!
