It was raining, it is raining and it seems like it will rain forever. Carmen, Cindy and Cathy don’t feel like staying indoors all day. When you have waterproof clothing, the rain won’t hurt. They decide to make a nice walk in clothes that can withstand the rain. Help them choose the right outfits to go out with. Choose the best waterproof make-up and the most cheerie umbrella.
